We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our end-to-end packaging development initiatives. The role combines deep technical expertise in mold development with strategic leadership across packaging projects.

This position will also manage a junior team and drive innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainability across the packaging function.

Requirements:

  • Deep technical knowledge of primary packaging mold development (plastic injection, blow molding, glass, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and overseas coordination skills
  • Experience leading and developing junior team members
  • Understanding of packaging material science, testing protocols, and sustainability trends

Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field preferred.
