Job Title: Senior Activation Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a senior activation lead to oversee our experiential marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer activation and event marketing, with experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business outcomes and maximize brand impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement annual activation calendars and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain a robust consumer database and develop targeted retargeting strategies.
  • Drive rural and higher participation in events and festivals, identifying opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Optimize costs through negotiation and cost-effective models.
  • Identify new touchpoints for engagement, sampling, and sales, including non-traditional channels.
  • Design and execute campaigns leveraging technology, such as AR, VR, and gaming platforms.
  • Monitor and review financial trackers and SOP adherence on a regular basis.
  • Manage agency relationships, negotiating contracts and overseeing project delivery.
  • Promote best practices in activation and digital marketing projects.
