Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and team performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects with a focus on quality and outcomes.
  • Manage scope, timeline, and resources for assigned projects.
  • Develop proposals, review estimates, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and plan training initiatives.
  • Establish governance and structured project reporting mechanisms.
  • Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
  • Promote mature processes, quality practices, and change management plans.
  • Evaluate and adopt tools, methods, and policies to improve project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 8-18 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Proven expertise in project and delivery management.
  • Strong scope and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with PLM platforms (desired).
  • Leadership in people management, retention strategies, and process implementation.
  • Proficiency in business development and account mining.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PLM functional knowledge and industry familiarity.
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
