Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions
  • Evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve performance and reduce costs
  • Leading infrastructure projects across networking, servers, storage and cloud
  • Providing mentorship to infrastructure engineers and support teams
  • Ensuring high availability of core infrastructure services including compute, storage and network
  • Defining and enforcing configuration standards, patching cycles and disaster recovery strategies
  • Overseeing incident and problem resolution for infrastructure issues
  • Collaborating with application, security and network teams on integrated solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with IT policies, regulatory standards and audit controls
  • Planning, coordinating and executing infrastructure upgrades and migration initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
  • 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 2-3 years in technical leadership role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analysis skills
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong documentation and process adherence
  • Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization, Cloud, Networking, Storage & Backup, and Automation/Scripting
