Senior Compliance Specialist

This role is designed for a skilled professional who can handle various compliance tasks efficiently.
Our team requires an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Execute fieldwork and testing of core responsibilities across multiple areas of laws.
- Develop and implement risk assessment strategies, ensuring timely and effective issue classification and reporting.
- Lead conversations with senior stakeholders during kickoffs, testing, and issue alignment discussions.
- Mentor colleagues in upskilling themselves with relevant knowledge and practices.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives to improve the delivery model.
- At least 6 years of experience in internal audit or regulatory compliance within a big four firm or bank/financial institution.
- Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) principles and regulations.
- Relevant certifications such as Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, or MBA preferred.
