Job Summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly experienced sales professional to fill the role of IBMS Partner EU Sales Director. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion in the North Region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of IBMS, Fire and Safety, and Energy Efficiency solutions, with a strong background in sales leadership. You will be responsible for developing and executing regional business plans, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Research industry trends and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to position business cases for pursuit and ensure successful execution of sales cycles.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms, ensuring alignment with organizational approval matrices.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the IBMS, Fire and Safety, and Energy Efficiency industries.
  • Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and technical aspects of IBMS vendor solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
