Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage projects within our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager who can lead project planning sessions, coordinate staff and internal resources, manage project progress and adapt work as required. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions and establish clear goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and adapt work as required to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, create detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to executive staff.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Secure growth opportunities, initiate new projects, and drive business expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 8-11 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Experience in managing medium to large-sized projects, with a team of up to 20 people.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
