Real Estate Sourcing Specialist

Are you a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills? Do you have experience in real estate sales or property acquisition?

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new properties to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential real estate properties, projects, or land suitable for our sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders to source new opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits, market analysis, and due diligence to assess the viability of potential acquisitions.
  • Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, zoning regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks in various locations.
Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
  • Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners and developers.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure deals that align with our strategic goals.
  • Ensure timely closure of deals while optimizing costs and maximizing potential returns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or property acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
