Human Resources Manager Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Talent Acquisition:
    • Guide the recruitment process by collaborating with stakeholders to fill open positions efficiently.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, and onboarding.
    • Work with stakeholders to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent through various recruiting channels.
    • Maintain a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Compensation Administration and Benefits:
    • Process employee payroll, ensuring timely and correct distribution of paychecks.
    • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other compensation components.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health and travel insurances.
    • Conduct regular assessments of the company's benefits and compensation structures against industry standards.
  • Employee Development and Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
    • Manage the performance appraisal process, working with appraisers to set goals, provide feedback, and rate performance.
  • HRIS Administration:
    • Administer accurate attendance records and maintain HR policies.
    • Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day HR functions, such as responding to employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
    • Oversee and manage the company's HR Information System (HRIS) for employee data/records.
  • Additional HR Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate with internal and external parties for group HR matters.
    • Initiate and manage development of HRIS and introduce new HRIS projects with IT & security teams.
    • Perform other duties as required.
