Overview

As a leader in delivery management, you will oversee the successful execution of high-quality projects for clients. Your role as primary point of contact ensures seamless collaboration and effective communication with clients.

  • You will lead and manage a team of project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration, and other technical aspects.
  • Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and deliver exceptional service quality.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards.
  • Engage in delivery governance forums, collaborate with sales teams on proposals and strategic initiatives to drive business success.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and lead account mining activities to align cloud solutions with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making, and guide the pursuit team in technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation.
  • Manage delivery teams of 200 to 250 engineers and build/groom next-level delivery leaders.
  • Oversee a high-growth portfolio with annual revenue of USD 15M to USD 20M, focusing on winning new deals and driving growth.
  • Monitor operational efficiency metrics such as utilization, pyramid, margin, and control parameters with attention to detail.

Expertise You'll Bring

  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, and Provider domains.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects relevant to the HLS industry and a good grasp of technology and product engineering to speak customer language in various discussions.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams, including team leaders and product developers, to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Ability to learn required domain and technology necessary for the program or area of engagement.
  • Candidate should possess around 15 years of progressive experience in delivery leadership roles for software development and Salesforce management programs.
  • Proven delivery leadership experience for a multi-customer portfolio with a mix of T&M and fixed-price contracts.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director-level stakeholders and willingness to travel for customer meetings (up to 25%).
