Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Performance marketing executives are responsible for the day-to-day operations of Meta advertising campaigns. If you have hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Manage daily Meta Ads campaigns (setup, monitoring, scaling, and optimization).
  • Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and placements
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the team on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a performance marketing executive, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in Meta Ads campaign execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
