Digital Marketing Manager

This role requires a strategic marketer who thrives in a mission-driven, remote-first environment and can scale campaigns globally while optimizing for ROI.

  • Develop and execute paid campaign strategies on multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Optimize ad performance by driving CPA, ROAS, and CTR across regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative messaging and landing page optimization.
  • Lead experimentation efforts including A/B testing and audience targeting.
  • Analyze and report performance metrics using GA4, TikTok Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Identify growth opportunities across paid acquisition channels.
  • Maintain compliance with brand and platform guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale multi-platform campaigns.
  • Experience working in international markets (North America, Europe, or APAC preferred).
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting.
  • Analytical mindset; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
