
Sales Operations System Strategist

This role will involve collaborating with various teams to implement and integrate sales systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems.
- Optimize sales system architecture to enhance data flow and user experience.
- Act as the primary administrator for sales tools and platforms.
- Lead system integration projects, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing, and deployment.
- Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
- Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
- Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or data discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
- Experience with system integration tools (e.g. Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, APIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.
