We're seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create engaging and effective learning experiences that cater to diverse needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that bring complex information to life and enhance learner engagement.
  • Visual Design: Use visual elements to communicate ideas and convey meaning – creating a cohesive and harmonious visual language.
  • Video Reviews: Assess video quality and provide feedback to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and drive projects forward.
  • LMS Management: Oversee content development, asset creation, and deployment on the Learning Management System.
  • LMS Management: Create summary decks to facilitate easy access to video content and support learners' needs.
  • LMS Management: Review and edit closed captions to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Requirements
  • Degree in Instructional Design or related field PLUS
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in instructional design for higher education or corporate settings.
  • Key Skills: Instructional design, online learning, video-based learning, mobile learning, MS Office skills, particularly MS PowerPoint.
  • Certifications: Instructional design and video editing certifications are desirable.
  • Experience: Proven track record in fast-paced environments with at least 2-3 years of similar experience.
  • Agile methodology expertise.
  • Ability to distill technical concepts into engaging visuals.
  • Strong visualization and visual design skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Innovative thinking.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with academic content and technical topics.
