Job Title: Learning Solutions Manager

An Exciting Opportunity Awaits:

The Senior Manager – Learning Solutions & Consulting will spearhead the creation, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge learning and leadership development solutions.

  • Develop innovative learning solutions integrating assessment methodologies, instructional design principles, and emerging technologies.
  • Present complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner through storyboards, videos, simulations, and blended learning experiences.
  • Ensure consistency across all learning materials to enhance learner engagement and retention.
  • Evaluate solutions for alignment with business objectives, goals, and measurable outcomes.
Client Relationship Management & Delivery:
  • Lead large-scale, complex client engagements with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project delivery timelines, budgets, and profitability while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Oversee content development workflows, including production, LMS integration, and quality assurance of digital assets.
  • Nurture strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning as a trusted advisor.
Business Development & Growth Strategies:
  • Collaborate with account teams to develop and execute account expansion strategies.
  • Design, price, and present innovative learning solutions to senior executives.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate learning solutions and expand consulting services.
Team Leadership & Capability Building:
  • Mentor, coach, and develop consultants, learning associates, and project teams in consulting, instructional design, and client management capabilities.
  • Mobilize resources across workstreams, fostering collaboration and accountability for project outcomes.
  • Bolster organizational capability in emerging learning technologies and digital-first instructional design.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in learning & development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale client engagements and delivering enterprise-level learning solutions.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, competency frameworks, assessment tools, and digital learning platforms.
  • Experience in proposal development, business development, and client expansion.
  • Professional certifications in instructional design, learning technologies, or consulting (desired).
