Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of our Learning Center. Your primary objective is to establish and maintain high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching to enhance team sales skills.
  • Continuously improve the sales process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing streamlined approaches for greater efficiency.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Maximize lead conversions to enrollments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and key metrics to inform senior management's strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements within the center.
  • Work closely with senior faculty, freelancers, and industry leaders to develop strategies that drive learner outcomes and referrals.
