Software Developer

Photon Infotech is seeking an experienced Software Developer to lead our software programming initiatives.

  • Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods
  • Overseeing the development of documentation
  • Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals
  • Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems
  • Managing the software development lifecycle
  • Monitoring system performance
  • Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams
  • Developing and executing project plans
  • Applying mathematics and statistics to problem-solving initiatives

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development principles and be able to drive innovation in our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing software development projects from conception to delivery
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development needs
  • Designing and implementing software solutions that meet business requirements
  • Ensuring high-quality software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
  • Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
