Accounting and Finance Professional

This role is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to accounting standards (Ind AS / GAAP / IFRS).
  • Coordinate audits, including statutory audits, internal audits, and responses to auditor queries.
Finance Expertise:
  • Analyze financial data to assess performance, identify areas for cost savings, and provide recommendations.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
  • Ensure efficient fund management, cash flow monitoring, and working capital optimization.
Leadership & Process Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage finance and accounts teams.
  • Implement and enhance internal controls, ERP systems, and other financial processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business decisions and maintain financial discipline.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Sound knowledge of taxation, audit, compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or other ERP systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, financial modeling, and MIS reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
