Chief Financial Officer Role

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and create long-term shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes to optimize returns on investment.
  • Ensure effective cost management and ROI on strategic initiatives.
Performance Metrics:
  • Accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Analyze key financial metrics (Working Capital, Debt-to-Equity Ratio, Gross Margin, Revenue Growth).
  • Implement data-driven decision-making through dashboard adoption.
Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to achieve excellence in financial operations.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure financial success and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and the board of directors.
Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
  • Strengthen internal controls to minimize audit findings and risk exposure.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Capital Allocation and Investor Relations:
  • Optimize returns on capital investments through informed decision-making.
  • BUILD STRONG INVESTOR RELATIONSHIPS WITH TRANSPARENCY AND CLEAR COMMUNICATION.
  • Drive shareholder value growth through EPS and TSR enhancements.
