Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans that drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of accounting function, including financial statement preparation and regulatory compliance.
  • Development of financial plans and budgets, including forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis and trend identification.
  • Investor relations and communication, including investor presentations and reports.
  • System implementation and oversight, including financial system upgrades and process improvements.
  • Fund management and investment strategy development.
  • Relationship building with lenders and investors, including negotiation and deal closure.
  • RBI reporting and other regulatory reporting, including audit and compliance.
Requirements:
  • CA with 4 years + exp in NBFC / Banking.
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and results-oriented approach.
