We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our organization in India.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support business growth objectives.
  • Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and financial laws.
  • Manage financial risk and implement effective control measures.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and drive profitability.
  • Collaborate with other executives to drive organizational performance and achieve financial goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a senior management role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory requirements in India.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance are highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving financial performance in a corporate environment. They will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth objectives, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and financial laws, and managing financial risk.
