Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled data professional to join our team and lead end-to-end initiatives in the field of data science. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and deploying AI powered solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design technical plans, process data, engineer features, evaluate models, test hypotheses, and deploy models to production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, particularly in generative AI, natural language processing, and computer vision. They will also have experience working with big data and distributed environments, as well as commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should have good programming skills, familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts, and expertise in cloud resources such as Azure. They should also have hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and strong business acumen.

The selected candidate will have the ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems and lead small technical teams on projects.
