Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our digital workplace technologies and services. The ideal candidate is a strategic professional who blends technical expertise with customer service skills.

This role is responsible for overseeing end user computing, desktop and field support, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and executive support across various functions. You will champion modern workplace enablement in a regulated environment, focusing on productivity, mobility, and collaboration.

  1. Develop a global end user services strategy aligning with business goals and IT transformation initiatives.
  2. Oversee desktop support, collaboration tools, mobile device services, and VIP/executive support.
  3. Create a long-term roadmap for modern workplace technologies, including automation, self-service portals, and AI-driven support solutions.

You will own the ITIL-aligned service lifecycle for end user services and lead a global team of IT professionals. Collaboration with Information Security, Infrastructure, HR, and Facilities is essential to ensure a secure and compliant environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15-20 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role managing end user services.
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, MacOS, Intune, Endpoint management system, and endpoint security solutions.
  • Proven experience managing global teams, distributed environments, and hybrid (remote/onsite) user bases.
