Senior Research Executive

This role involves leading project teams, ensuring timely updates to senior members, and acting as the primary client contact for logistics. You will oversee deliverables and tasks, and run projects within scope.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • To effectively manage research projects, including designing high-quality screeners, questionnaires, and specifications. Conduct pilot interviews, facilitate client meetings, and lead brainstorming sessions.
  • To independently conduct research activities, including conducting research-based project support roles, healthcare knowledge or experience is beneficial.
  • To initiate client relationships and drive business growth through marketing activities, including arranging meetings, drafting proposals, and recognising potential opportunities.
Education/Skills/Experience:
  • Strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification.
  • 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organisation.
  • Ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic coaching skills.
