Unit HR Head Role

The role of Unit HR Head is a strategic position that plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Unit leadership team to formulate and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and administer a Continuous Performance Management System, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify high-potential employees and provide them with opportunities for growth and development through training and mentorship.
  • Work closely with the Corporate HR team to enhance employee competencies and drive Recognition and Rewards programs.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition efforts to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Conceive and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent within the organization.
  • Oversee Onboarding and integration processes for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Identify training needs within the Unit and collaborate with the corporate Learning and Development team to conduct training programs.
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HRBP roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
