Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Office Coordinator to join Maheshwari & Associates in Goregaon East, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming clients with a positive attitude.
- Managing phone calls and responding to inquiries efficiently.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating events with precision.
- Providing administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Handling mail and email correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Front Office Administrator or Receptionist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai.
