Key Aspects of Job Description

• Evaluate deals for IT services, consolidating input from multiple teams into effective deal commercials.

• Prepare customer pricing presentation sheets, outlining key commercial terms and conditions.

• Ensure deal commercials align with risk protection strategies for Forex, international taxation, global labor laws, and more.

• Conduct contract reviews, engage in internal discussions, and participate in customer negotiations.

• Develop detailed financial models, including profit & loss statements, cash flow projections, and balance sheet analysis.

• Identify and address accounting treatment discrepancies in line with GAAP and IFRS standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to discuss cost inputs and solutions.

• Recognize and mitigate commercial and contracting risks within deals, escalating issues to leadership as needed.

• Work closely with the finance team on reporting and accounting requirements.

• Multitask efficiently to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations.

• Coordinate with development teams on system enhancements and maintain strong internal controls.
