Business Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Finance Manager to join our team. This role will play a key part in shaping pricing strategy, reducing revenue leakages, and driving data-led financial decisions across transaction-level merchant operations.

This individual will work at the intersection of pricing, analytics, and strategic finance — influencing revenue realization, merchant-level profitability, and supporting decision frameworks through insights and automation.

  • Design and implement pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments.
  • Monitor MDR structures, interchange fees, and cost dynamics to maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with product and business teams to evaluate pricing for new launches or experiments.
  • Analyze transaction-level data to identify mismatches, undercharges, and revenue leakage.
  • Support implementation of controls and fixes to plug leakages across systems and merchant billing.
  • Act as a finance partner to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops teams on pricing and profitability.
  • Participate in key business reviews, offering financial insights and pricing recommendations.
  • Create dashboards and models to track pricing health, merchant-level profitability, and recovery metrics.
  • Drive automation and visibility across pricing and revenue dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI.
Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of merchant acquiring economics (MDR, interchange, transaction flows).
  • Proven ability to conduct financial modelling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL; familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
