Key Responsibilities:
  • Automate pipelines to ensure reliable, safe, and relevant training datasets are utilized efficiently.
  • Run proxy fine-tuning and reward modeling experiments to validate the effectiveness of data quality.
  • Design evaluation frameworks (human + LLM-as-a-judge) measuring consistency and alignment in performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with annotation teams for scalable, high-quality data workflows that drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Large Language Model training & evaluation methodologies, including Self-Training, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback, and reward models.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and evaluation tooling that drives model diagnostics and insights.
  • Ability to translate complex model diagnostics into actionable business recommendations.
  • Self-starter with a consultative mindset, comfortable navigating the intersection of research and client success strategies.
