Senior Data Scientist

Job Description:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering AI-driven capabilities that unlock business value and innovation.

You will work extensively with unstructured data sets to extract insights and build scalable solutions. This involves applying advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Generation (NLG) techniques to solve complex business problems.

Furthermore, you will leverage various Azure-native services such as Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Genie AI in Databricks for generative AI use cases. Your primary objective is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.

Continuously exploring, testing, and implementing new algorithms, tools, and frameworks is essential to improve model accuracy and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI services, and Databricks.
  • Strong background in NLP, NLG, Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative AI frameworks.
  • Experience with unstructured data pipelines and feature engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).
  • Practical experience with Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Genie AI in Databricks is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and innovation skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability to present AI solutions to stakeholders.
