AI/ML Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy robust AI/ML systems.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code for machine learning models and end-to-end solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Implement data science processes, including data preprocessing, exploratory analysis, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Manage and retrieve data effectively using SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks.
  • Diagnose issues and optimize existing code for performance improvements.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle practices.
  • Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Conduct training, validation, and evaluation experiments, refining models based on statistical analysis and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience with Python programming.
  • 5 years of experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Solid experience with Python web frameworks for API development.
  • Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms, with advanced techniques in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG.
  • Hands-on expertise in text representation, semantic extraction, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
  • Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with containerization, cloud platforms, and MLOps principles.
  • Proficient understanding of Git for software version control.
