We are a leading retail chain in India with a strong presence of over 90 stores across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai. With a significant market share in the mobile phone sector, we have expanded our business to include TVs and Laptops. We are now looking for a highly skilled Retail Recruiter to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to candidate onboarding. This includes collaborating with hiring managers and department heads, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening and interviewing potential candidates, and providing feedback to both hiring managers and candidates. Additionally, the candidate will manage candidate databases, conduct reference checks, and assist in developing job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific retail roles.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Screening and interviewing potential candidates.
  • Providing feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Managing candidate databases.
  • Conducting reference checks.
  • Assisting in developing job descriptions and interview questions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the retail industry or for operational roles.
  • Experience recruiting for retail positions (store associates, delivery staff, warehouse personnel, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
