While we started with pop culture-inspired designs featuring superheroes, movies, TV shows and cartoons, we are now at the forefront of youth fashion and streetwear trends. In addition to core men's and women's apparel, we are rapidly expanding into footwear, kidswear, backpacks, collectibles and action figures.
Although we primarily built our brand online, our offline presence is growing rapidly, with 40+ retail stores across India and ambitious expansion plans nationwide.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Associate Shoe Designer to join our footwear design team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in designing women's shoes and a passion for fashion and trends. As an Associate Shoe Designer, you will work closely with the Senior Shoe Designer and cross-functional teams to develop new collections and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of women's sneaker collections from concept to final product.
Research and analyze fashion trends, materials, and consumer preferences to create innovative designs.
Sketch and render design concepts, both by hand and using digital tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for prototypes and production.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
Participate in fittings and provide input on design adjustments and modifications.
Maintain an organized archive of design sketches, materials, and samples.
Assist in the preparation of design presentations and mood boards for internal reviews.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to inform and inspire design work.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in designing women's sneaker, preferably in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Strong sketching and rendering skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
Knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent sense of style and awareness of current and emerging fashion trends.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
