Our brand is also at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends, covering men and women wear apparel categories, as well as action figure backpacks, collectibles, footwear, and kidswear.

Although primarily an online brand, we have expanded into the offline retail space, with 40 stores across India and plans for further expansion pan-India.

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate - Performance Marketing to join our team. This role will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.

You will collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver measurable results. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and others.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including scaling campaigns and driving customer acquisition.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth through emerging platforms and channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Provide detailed reports on performance metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROI and maintain performance targets.
  • Work with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages optimized for conversions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in paid platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and BI dashboards.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns with measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
