Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming leads via phone calls, emails, and website inquiries.
  • Analyze client needs and communicate how our solutions can address them.
  • Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with our Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Manage accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO ENCOURAGE REPEAT BUSINESS AND LONG-TERM ENGAGEMENT.
  • Partner with our marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain consistent performance in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative and solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
