
Business Development Specialist – Client Relations

Job Overview:
Main Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming leads via phone calls, emails, and website inquiries.
- Analyze client needs and communicate how our solutions can address them.
- Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with our Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Manage accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO ENCOURAGE REPEAT BUSINESS AND LONG-TERM ENGAGEMENT.
- Partner with our marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain consistent performance in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A consultative and solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
