Senior Business Development Manager

The Senior Business Development Manager will oversee the entire process of corporate acquisitions and mergers, including origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Leadership: Manage the execution of M&A transactions from start to finish.
  • Client Advisory: Offer strategic guidance to clients on potential M&A opportunities, restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and comparable company analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Develop deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, and legal advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis and deal execution.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a proven track record of successful deal advisory experience.
