School Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced School Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage existing school connections to onboard institutions into our initiatives and nurture strong, long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Onboarding schools into our initiatives, ensuring end-to-end support and engagement.
  • Nurturing professional relationships with school leaders, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitoring school participation, tracking engagement levels, and gathering feedback.
  • Conducting orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement and drive retention.
  • Maintaining accurate school records in our CRM system and providing timely reporting.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education/EdTech sector.
  • An established network of 50-60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • A deep understanding of the K-12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
