  • Have in-depth knowledge of the menu section allocated, including the cookery involved, and be able to execute dishes with precision and finesse.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the culinary brand and its cooking methods/techniques, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards for food preparation and presentation, adhering to task requirements, specifications, and batch cooking procedures.
  • Ensure the mise en place of the section is performed to the highest standards required at all times, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and upkeep of equipment, adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Confidently run multiple sections in the kitchen, utilizing your expertise to drive productivity and efficiency.
