Lead Kitchen Operations

As a skilled culinary professional, you will lead the kitchen operations of our esteemed establishment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all day-to-day kitchen activities, from food preparation to final presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional quality and consistency in every dish, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and updating innovative menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.

Maintaining inventory and placing orders for ingredients and equipment, controlling food costs and minimizing waste is also a key responsibility.

Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations is essential; regular kitchen audits will be conducted to ensure adherence.

A strong team player with excellent leadership skills, you will supervise, train, and manage all kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management, and minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a head chef/leadership role.
