Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Chief Information Security Officer to lead our global security strategy, ensuring resilience and compliance across our payments infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide security program for a multi-jurisdiction payments infrastructure.
  • Align policies and controls with global standards (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DORA, NIST, MAS, FCA, RBI).
  • Create frameworks for customer data protection, fraud monitoring, and secure payment APIs.
  • Drive audit readiness and manage relationships with regulators, banks, and compliance partners across regions.
  • Ensure adherence to AML/KYC/KYT regulations in operating geographies.
  • Lead global SOC functions—incident response, forensics, penetration testing, and threat intelligence.
  • Guarantee resilience across cloud, APIs, wallets, and banking connectors with 24/7 monitoring.
  • Hire, mentor, and scale a world-class InfoSec, compliance, and fraud prevention team.
  • Establish a 'security by design' culture across engineering, product, and operations.
  • Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge tools for real-time transaction monitoring, AI-driven risk scoring, and fraud detection.
  • Embed DevSecOps practices across global product engineering teams.
Requirements
  • 8+ years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in senior leadership within FinTech, payments, or banking.
  • Proven expertise in cross-border payments, card networks, wallets, and banking integrations.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CIPP, CCSP or equivalents strongly preferred.
  • Experience engaging with global regulators (FCA, MAS, RBI, EU, US FinCEN, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC/KYT systems, transaction monitoring, and fraud analytics.
  • Excellent executive communication—able to translate technical risks into board-level strategy.
