Quality Assurance Manager

  • Develop and execute quality assurance strategies to drive business outcomes in the insurance industry.
  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into effective test approaches.
  • Ensure thorough test coverage for complex workflows using RMS and AIR.
  • Build, maintain, and manage automation frameworks and oversee test assets using tools like Selenium, Playwright, JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.

  • Minimum 10-15 years of quality assurance experience, with a background in business analysis or project management roles in the insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance domain, particularly in claims, underwriting, and policy workflows.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in catastrophe modeling using RMS or AIR.
  • Proficient in automation tools (Selenium, Playwright) and test management platforms.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and full SDLC/STLC.
