Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Professional to lead our quality initiatives and ensure the highest standards of product excellence.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in quality management systems, team leadership, and continuous improvement processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and procedures
  • Establish quality standards, metrics, and KPIs to measure product and process performance
  • Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor quality trends and implement corrective actions to address non-conformances
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards, industry regulations, and company quality policies
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance specialists and inspectors
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and quality excellence
  • Coordinate with HR on recruitment and onboarding of quality team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Experience with industry-standard quality frameworks such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen
  • Proven track record of implementing quality standards, managing cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements
  • Able to balance operational excellence with strategic planning while fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization
