Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a key member of the quality assurance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

About the Role:

  • You will develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and quality control systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to establish quality criteria and testing protocols for new products.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Facilitate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in product design reviews and risk assessments to address potential quality concerns early in the development process.
  • Maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, quality audits, and compliance records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements related to quality management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
