Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Production Merchandiser to oversee the planning and development of our production process, ensuring seamless coordination with pattern makers and tailors. This role involves managing quality control, overseeing QA-QC processes, and guaranteeing the highest quality product is shipped to customers.

Main Tasks:

  • Developing size charts, grading, and technical packs
  • Coordinating with vendors to source textiles and manage vendor relationships
  • Leading sample creation and planning delivery of fabric, trims, labels, and packaging materials
  • Auditing packed goods prior to shipment
  • Analyzing quality reports and preparing improvement plans

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or Design from a reputable institution
  • Good knowledge of sourcing, fabrics, and merchandising
  • Proficient in MS-Excel and Google Sheets
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Export/Retail companies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of persistence and a go-getter attitude
