Our company is seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Coordinator to oversee the entire garment production process from sample development to delivery. This key role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with buyers, design teams, and production teams to ensure timely execution and quality compliance.
  • Key responsibilities include developing proto, fit, and pre-production samples, tracking trims, fabric sourcing, and accessories required for garment production.
  • The successful candidate must ensure product specifications, quality standards, and timelines are met, raise BOMs, costings, and production files as per buyer requirements, and communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and QC teams for smooth production flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Apparel Merchandising, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in garment merchandising (exports preferred).
  • Good understanding of garment construction and export timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
