Location : Mumbai

Experience : Minimum 4 to 6 years experience into Brand Management

Segment : Anti Malaria, Pain Management

Functional Knowledge / Skills :

General -

  • Analytical skill.
  • Customer development through focused approach.
  • Sales coordination in competitive environment.
  • Ability to travel.
  • In depth knowledge of pharma products and the brand he/she has to handle.

Specialized -

  • Brand differentiation by developing product concepts.
  • Anticipating competitor behavior through data analysis to keep check on market trends.
  • Contingency Planning.
  • Ceating high perception story lines for the brands.
  • Persuasion-To persuade team members to orient their mindset towards gaining leadership and moving from Good to Great.

Role :

  • Brand Management
  • Identifying new avenues to develop brand portfolio

Key Responsibilities :

  • Designing product strategies and ensuring timely execution.
  • Driving Brand portfolio in alignment with the division's vision.
  • Managing the expenses / Strategy for ROI.
  • New launch proposal.
  • Coordination with sales team to ensure strategy implementation.
  • Specifying market requirements for current & future products by conducting market research.
  • Designing promotional plan, promotional activities.
  • Training, motivating and guiding the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the brand.
  • Continuous evaluation of scope of new launches in the segment.
  • Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries.
  • Coordinating with different departments for smooth running of business.
