About the Role:

- We are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Product Manager (internally designated as Chief Manager / AVP - Product Management) to lead innovation within our Health Insurance vertical. In this critical leadership position, you will be responsible for defining, shaping, and executing our health insurance product roadmap.

- You will work cross-functionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders, driving the development and delivery of truly customer-centric solutions that fuel our aggressive growth and market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Manager (Chief Manager / AVP - Product Management - Health Insurance), you will:

Define Product Strategy:

- Create and articulate a forward-looking, multi-year product strategy specifically tailored for diverse customer segments: Individual, Group, and Corporate.

- Develop unique value propositions that effectively differentiate Livlong 365 in the highly competitive Indian health insurance market.

Manage Product Portfolio:

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our health insurance offerings, from initial design and development to successful launch and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure seamless integration of new and existing products with critical functions such as underwriting, claims, technology platforms, and customer service operations.

Lead Market Analysis & Innovation:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, address existing gaps, mitigate potential risks, and pinpoint key areas for innovation within the health insurance broking landscape.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate extensively with key internal departments including Sales, Actuarial, Marketing, Legal, and IT teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of scalable, compliant, and high-performing health insurance products.

Build & Lead a High-Performing Team:

- Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of talented product strategists, fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture within the product management function.

Monitor Product Performance:

- Define critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), rigorously evaluate performance metrics, and leverage data-backed insights to make informed decisions that improve product adoption, revenue generation, and overall customer experience (CX).

Who Should Apply?

Experience:

- A minimum of 12+ years of total professional experience.

- At least 7+ years of dedicated experience in product management and strategy, specifically within the health insurance sector or insurance broking domain.

- A minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.

- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of various insurance products, deep insights into customer needs within the healthcare ecosystem, and a comprehensive grasp of the regulatory landscape governing the Indian insurance industry.

- Core Competencies: Strong communication (written and verbal), advanced analytical skills, and exceptional strategic thinking abilities.

- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree is required. An MBA (Master of Business Administration) or MHA (Master of Health Administration) is highly preferred.
