Workforce Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, coupled with strong communication and organizational skills.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in coordination, handling, organizing, and conducting activities related to the profile is required. The candidate should also have knowledge in the relevant field, enabling them to perform effective job-related tasks.
- Candidates with experience from educational institutions and service sectors are preferred.
Prior experience in Placement at prestigious national or international institutes is highly valued.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Determine employment interests, liaise with corporate partners, represent the institution for professional and career planning at various forums, maintain accurate records, etc.
- Coordinate all placement processes with students, faculty representatives, arrange campus interviews, prepare informative brochures with student committees, and facilitate lateral and final placements.
- Establish industry relationships for training programs, CEO series, corporate projects, industry visits, etc.
