Job Title: Data Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with SAN (iSCSI, Fibre Channel) and NAS (NFS, CIFS/SMB) storage environments, as well as object store services like StorageGRID.
  • Platform Management: Deploy and manage AIQ and Cloud Insights platforms for real-time monitoring and analytics.
  • Service Quality Assurance: Apply ITIL methodologies for incident, problem, and change management to ensure high service quality.
  • Customer Interaction: Foster excellent customer-facing and communication skills for effective support and client interaction.
