Infrastructure Intelligence Engineer

We're looking for an Infrastructure Intelligence Engineer to join our team and help build the intelligence infrastructure that powers enterprise transformation in complex telecommunications and IT Asset Management (ITAM) environments.

  • Develop sophisticated ETL pipelines using DBT, SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
  • Design high-performance database structures and queries for telecom and ITAM analytics.
  • Develop BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau.
  • Architect data integrations between legacy telecom systems and cloud-based ITAM platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Lead data migration projects and ensure enterprise-grade data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of SQL database development (MS SQL Server required).
  • 5+ years of experience with modern ETL tools.
  • 5+ years of BI/reporting experience (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau).
  • Telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS systems, network infrastructure).
  • ITAM expertise (software/hardware lifecycle, license compliance).
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure) and programming skills (Python, R).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
